An excellent quality copper As of Tiberius, the reverse depicting the celebrated "Altar of Lugdunum". The Altar was dedicated by Augustus on the 1st August 10 BC, Amazingly the very same day the future emperor Claudius was born in the city. A lovely example of this historic type.
